Key Skills:

• Installation of desktop OS, Server OS and different types of roles in OS.Knowledge of patching, OS hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Implementation, administration of Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Must be good in LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VPN.
• Must have knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.
• Must have knowledge of firewalls and Networking.
