Name of the Post: Process Specialist(JL 3A)

Education Qualification:

Any Graduate/Post Graduation. Technical Graduation preferred

Required Skills:

Experience in Claims Adjudication, benefit configuration, benefit coding, Payer claims background(Min 2430 Months)
Should have US Healthcare or Insurance Domine experience
Good written & verbal communication skills
Should possess analytical ability required to comprehend client employee needs
A drive to exceed targets
Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker
Should have sound knowledge in MS Tools for various report creations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Candidates Should have minimum 2-years experience in Claim adjudication domine
Update/verify rate in client Enterprise billing system
To understand the process as SEM and to assist Team Lead with work tracking and allocation, doing a quality audit and mentoring and guiding other resources
Maintain work tracker, quality tracker and generate daily, weekly, monthly report
to create process manuals, SOPs etc.
